Overview

Quality Lounge Suites specialises in bespoke and limited-quantity furniture.
As many of our pieces are one-off, ex-display, custom or made-to-order, all sales are final.

This means:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No returns

Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing your order.
We are always happy to answer questions, provide measurements, or offer additional imagery prior to purchase.

Delivery

We offer free delivery within Hertfordshire and North London.

If you are located outside these areas, delivery charges will apply.
These charges will be confirmed before your order is finalised.

All items must be inspected upon delivery. Once an item has been accepted, it is considered delivered in full and in satisfactory condition.

Damages

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify us on the same day of delivery with clear photographs.
This enables us to review the issue and advise next steps.

Damage reported after the delivery date cannot be accepted.

Gifts

As all items are final sale, gift purchases are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
